The mission of the Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program (BSCIP) is to provide eligible Florida residents, who sustain traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries, an opportunity to participate in a rehabilitation program. Public information, prevention, education and research programs have been and will continue to be implemented to promote public awareness and reduce the incidence of brain and spinal cord injuries.
